Service Description
*New Patient Initial Assessment $200.00, Subsequent sessions $150.00 1-on-1 Sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. 60 minutes of fully engaged treatment tailored to your needs. We take the time to discuss and analyze your presenting complaint, medical history and other factors that might contribute to your well-being. We focus on the physical assessment to evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength, mobility, flexibility, endurance. The information collected from our discussion and physical assessment will help us to create the basis of our intervention, which consists of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and other techniques according to unique needs.
Cancellation Policy
We truly value your time and appreciate your trust in choosing our services. In order to best serve all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited or non-refundable, including those booked through a membership. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please note that sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the designated time period. Unused sessions will not carry over or accumulate beyond the expiration date.
