Cancellation Policy

We truly value your time and appreciate your trust in choosing our services. In order to best serve all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited or non-refundable, including those booked through a membership. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please note that sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the designated time period. Unused sessions will not carry over or accumulate beyond the expiration date.
